Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
1. Place all raw tomato and ingredients into food processor.
2. Pulse briefly to incorporate all tomato sauce ingredients. (Do not over-process, it's nice to leave this raw recipe a bit chunky.)
3. Serve.
4. Store leftover raw tomato sauce in the fridge.
- 1 cup Roma or Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 tsp. Oregano
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1 tsp. Cayenne (optional)
- 2 tsp. Agave (optional)
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 tsp. Basil
- 2 Bay Leaves
- Green Pepper (chopped)
