Gluten-Free NoSoy/ Worcestershire Sauce
Ingredients:
½ cup Rice Wine Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp Dark Sesame Oil
3 tbsp Pure Organic Agave Nectar (adjust for sweetness)
Key Lime (optional)
Water (adjust to dilute taste)
½ tsp Ginger, grated or powder
½ tsp Turmeric
½ tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Bay or Basil
Arrowroot (adjust for thickness)
Himalayan Salt (adjust for saltiness)
Black Pepper

*You can prepare the sauce to have just whenever you need it or just mix the ingredients when ready to cook or use.
*You can also mix in other herbs or spices to create variety of dipping sauces.

- Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and stir thoroughly. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 1 minute. Cool. Store in the refrigerator. Shake well before using.
